Requirements:
  • 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focused on fast-paced, high-quality, speed-volume hiring in customer support.
  • Experience in high-volume, general, and administrative functions is a plus.
  • Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close exceptional candidates.

  • Influence and educate business leaders and hiring managers on hiring processes and best practices.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experiences and innovate the interview process.
  • Track candidate data accurately and report to the business.
