Requirements:

• 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, focused on fast-paced, high-quality, speed-volume hiring in customer support.
• Experience in high-volume, general, and administrative functions is a plus.
• Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close exceptional candidates.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Well-developed analytical and influencing skills.
• Ability to work positively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
• Strong organizational and planning skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and drive a full-cycle recruitment process for high-volume positions in customer support in India.
• Build diverse pipelines and ensure balanced candidate slates for quality and speed in hiring.
• Partner with various stakeholders to develop hiring strategies and plans.
• Influence and educate business leaders and hiring managers on hiring processes and best practices.
• Provide exceptional candidate experiences and innovate the interview process.
• Track candidate data accurately and report to the business.
