Aggressively target potential candidates on LinkedIn using recruitment tools.
Refine and improve upon messaging used to attract talent.
Coordinate sending qualified candidates to the recruiting manager for screening.
Document and track progress using applications like Hubspot, Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Slack.
