Requirements:

• Expertise in evaluating soft skills and cultural fit through experience interviews.
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with Hiring Managers and C-level executives.
• Proven experience hiring Sales and Account Managers in IT outsourcing, SaaS, or consulting services.
• Established success in recruiting for the U.S. market.
• Advanced/Fluent English level (both written and spoken).
• Availability to work during EST hours.
• Proficiency with sourcing tools and recruitment platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Help attract top Sales and Account Management talent.
• Collaborate with C-level stakeholders and experienced hiring teams.
• Identify candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and other channels.
• Manage U.S. recruitment pipelines while considering employment laws and candidate expectations.
• Evaluate candidates’ soft skills and cultural fit using relevant techniques and tools.
• Work with hiring managers to adapt strategies and preselect best-fit candidates.
• Keep accurate records of candidate interactions and provide updates.
