Requirements:
  • Previous administrative experience at the school or district level (i.e. experience as a Principal, Assistant Superintendent, Superintendent, etc.).

Responsibilities:
  • Owning the end-to-end sales cycle, from identifying and prospecting new district partners and stakeholders all the way through negotiating contracts and closing deals.
  • Building and maintaining a healthy pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Consulting with school administrators to understand their exact needs, and demonstrating how our services can support both their students and teachers.
  • Conducting presentations and product demonstrations to key decision-makers.
  • Constantly evaluating and refining your sales process and methodologies to identify potential areas of improvement or close knowledge gaps.
  • Developing processes for identifying at-risk deals and working across departments to mitigate concerns.
  • Using the knowledge gained through conversations with leads and new clients to help the Tutored by Teachers team continue to refine our product further.
  • Communicating with other members of the Tutored by Teacher about collaborating with the Customer Success team and other departments across the organization to ensure successful onboarding and implementation of new clients, and to establish meaningful and trusted relationships within TbT.
  • Staying up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities.
  • Traveling as needed to conferences or partner schools.
