Requirements:
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in K12 education or EdTech.
  • Proven track record of success.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to articulate product value to educators and administrators.
  • Experience in selling in person and over phone/video.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience as an educator or similar role in the education sector is a plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Generate leads by connecting with schools and districts across Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
  • Assess leads based on budget, authority, needs, and timeline to ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets, acquiring new school customers.
  • Pitch and close deals virtually and in-person.
  • Optimize the sales process through diligent pipeline management, activity tracking, and forecasting.
  • Share insights and successes with the team to improve sales strategies.
