Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Marketing or similar
  • At least 7 years of experience managing people, including hiring, developing, motivating and directing people in a sales management role.
  • Experience in sales administration and international commerce.

Responsibilities:
  • Build the sales team and provide leadership and advice, for both the sales organization and corporate, in the execution of sales goals aligned with the business objectives.
  • Develop and manage a high performance sales team, through the creation of an onboarding and training process.
  • Develop sales and short and long term marketing strategies for each region and diverse distribution channels.
  • Identify and implement best practices to ensure that knowledge exchange is effective throughout the assigned territory.
  • Manage the sales forecasts and operative processes that support the commercial department.
  • Identify, manage (CRM) and capitalize the territory's assigned markets opportunities.
  • Form and develop strong relations with the clients responsible for the decision making in their organizations.
  • Work directly and indirectly as a team to handle the change processes and the execution of projects in global markets.
  • Maintain client satisfaction standards through due diligence and effective problem solving.
  • Ensure that all business units comply with the specific legal requirements from each market.
