  • Ensure orders are directed to qualified manufacturers within the network as customer projects are awarded.
  • Conduct monthly on-site audits of manufacturing partners to ensure quality standards.
  • Manage projects to successful completion, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Handle communications, order changes, and escalations related to orders.
  • Monitor customer-specific dashboards for order progress and quality performance.
