- Previous experience in customer support or related fields is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive nature in service delivery.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software applications.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Provide outstanding customer support to Nordic-speaking clients through various communication channels (phone, email, live chat).
- Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, and order management.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints and issues effectively.
- Document all customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
- Stay informed about the companyβs products and services to offer informed support.
