- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience required, ideally in a remote setting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficient in customer service software, email platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM PST.
- Demonstrates patience, kindness, and professionalism in all interactions.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing accurate, timely, and efficient responses via phone, email, or chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints, issues, and service-related problems with empathy and professionalism.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide informed assistance.
- Accurately document customer interactions for future reference.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex issues.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to improve services and customer experience.
- Handle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of service.
