Requirements:
  • Bachelor's of Science Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, or Chemistry, or in any related discipline from an accredited college or university, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a product or customer support position in the Water Treatment/Water Process industry
  • Typically at least ten years progressive sales experience in a related field with a proven track record
  • Demonstrates effective technical and proposal writing and at least five years experience in a refinery, chemical plant, or water/wastewater treatment environment
  • Working knowledge of Recognized and Generally Accepted Good Engineering Practices (REGAGEP), e.g., ISA, API, etc.

  • Strong analytical ability and communication skills
Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and expand new business development towards sustained growth
  • Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities to increase profitability
  • Develop relationships from FEL/PPP through release, including follow up with end users
  • Execute process engineering deliverables for assigned industries and end-user projects
  • Perform competitor analysis toward obtaining an increased market share
  • Develop new clients and strengthen existing client partnerships
  • Prepare, coordinate, and review designs, studies, reports, proposals, and presentations
  • Negotiate new business closure that promotes sustained revenue
  • Administer client contracts to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction
  • Participate in client meetings and handle resolution of client service problems professionally
