Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering (Chemical, Industrial, or Mechanical), Biology, or Chemistry, or related discipline.
  • High school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of relevant experience may be considered.
  • Typically at least ten years progressive sales experience with a proven track record.
  • Demonstrated experience in complex business transactions and proposal writing.
  • At least five years experience in a refinery, chemical plant, or water/wastewater treatment.

  • Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities to increase profitability.
  • Develop relationships from FEL/PPP through project release, including follow-up with end users.
  • Execute process engineering deliverables for assigned industries according to contracted design criteria.
  • Perform competitor analysis to increase market share.
  • Develop new clients and strengthen existing client partnerships.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and review designs, studies, reports, proposals, and presentations.
  • Negotiate new business closure to promote sustained revenue.
  • Administer client contracts to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform client relations duties including preparation and presentation of reports.
  • Participate in client meetings and handle resolution of service problems professionally.
