• 3-5 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods.
• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably with grocery retailers.
• Deep understanding of food and beverage distribution and retail landscape.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
• Expert-level written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Responsibilities:

• Develops strategic business plans that integrate client and retail goals.
• Achieves the sales objectives for clients and C.A. Carlin in the grocery channel.
• Analyzes trends in client business using data.
• Secures new business and pitches potential partnerships.
• Tracks business against forecasts and recommends solutions.
• Manages client portfolio and onboarding of new clients.
• Spearheads strategic projects to improve processes.
