Requirements:

  • Create Clear and Visual Documentation: Compose well-organized technical specifications, incorporating diagrams, charts, and visuals to facilitate understanding for diverse audiences.
  • Provide Technical Expertise: Collaborate during solution design phases, offering technical insights that contribute to the development of optimal solutions tailored to customer requirements.
  • Support Account Growth: Work closely with the Customer Success Management (CSM) team to identify opportunities for growth within customer accounts.
  • Build and Maintain Customer Relationships: Establish strong, long-term relationships with customers, ensuring clear communication and managing expectations, even in challenging situations.
