  • Maintain relationships with GM District Managers for vehicles in repurchase jeopardy.
  • Review PI bulletins with dealer personnel and notify TAC of authorized field fix information.
  • Conduct ad-hoc in-Dealership training on Techline tools.
  • Address customer problem resolution needs at Dealerships and Fleet locations as necessary.
