Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or a related field.
• 3+ years experience servicing medical lasers.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Ability to pass background and reference checks.
• Familiarity with laser, electronic, or mechanical systems is a plus.
• Able to lift 75 lbs.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with business owners, healthcare practitioners such as Physicians, PA’s, and RN’s.
• Perform initial quality inspection and routine maintenance of laser systems.
• Troubleshoot errors and customer issues over the phone.
• Instruct medical professionals on the proper use of laser systems.
• Align, adjust, and calibrate laser systems in clinic environments.
