Requirements:

• Associates Degree in Engineering/Biology with 1+ years of experience or Technical Degree in a related field with same.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Ability to regularly lift, move, slide, raise and/or place up to 50lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit; squat, kneel, ascend and descend stairs; reach with hands and arms.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as lead to assigned customers.
• Troubleshoot, installations, validations, maintenance, and service repair needs.
• Complete required administrative responsibilities including documentation.
• Identify business opportunities (PM’s, new service plan leads, new system leads).
• Promote a consistently positive image of the service organization and focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
• Build and foster positive and professional relationships with customers.
