Installation, calibration, diagnosis, repair, and preventative maintenance (PM) service of Biocare Medical and contracted competitive instruments. Provide technical support to clients and internal teams. Serve as the on-site client point-of-contact for instrument service issues. Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, QA/QC, and R&D as needed. Participate in local, regional, and national histology/immunohistochemistry functions. Travel both domestically and internationally to minimize instrument down time. Work on complex assignments ensuring timely and successful repairs. Perform other duties as assigned by management.
