  • Two plus (2+) years of Field Service Engineer experience in the medical field or closely related field.

Responsibilities:
  • Installation, calibration, diagnosis, repair, and preventative maintenance (PM) service of Biocare Medical and contracted competitive instruments.
  • Provide technical support to clients and internal teams.
  • Serve as the on-site client point-of-contact for instrument service issues.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, QA/QC, and R&D as needed.
  • Participate in local, regional, and national histology/immunohistochemistry functions.
  • Travel both domestically and internationally to minimize instrument down time.
  • Work on complex assignments ensuring timely and successful repairs.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
