Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling meetings for the Account Management team.
  • Maintain and manage activity in our CRM system, Salesforce, ensuring all prospecting notes and interactions are accurately captured and organized.
  • Completing email and calling tasks using our sales engagement platform (Outreach).
  • Tailor communication to align with customer needs by gaining a deep understanding of their requirements and preferences.
  • Stay up-to-date with Workstream’s latest products and effectively communicate their value to our customers.
  • Engage with current customers and prospects through proactive calls and emails.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to enhance the effectiveness and quality of outreach and customer communications.
