Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory.
• At least three (3) years of experience as a Business Development Representative or in a similar sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
