Responsibilities:
  • Create sales enablement collateral that drives results—including presentations, one-pagers, case studies, customer testimonials, demos, and talk tracks—that increase win rates and reduce deal cycles.
  • Ability to research and analyze complex issues related to GTM, product architecture, and our target market.
  • Develop and implement scalable processes for product launches, ensuring consistency and high impact across the organization.
  • Establish and communicate deep expertise in our product suite and target market, empowering cross-functional teams with relevant insights.
  • Influence the product roadmap by analyzing market trends, gathering feedback from clients, partners, and members, and identifying opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Consistently update and evolve materials to ensure accurate messaging, data, and point-of-view; maintain strict quality standards for all public-facing content.
  • Support the sales enablement team in developing and executing training and certification programs.
  • Influence tool selection and process design to scale product marketing efforts effectively.
  • Scale the product marketing function at Lantern as a key driver in our growth strategy.
