- Collaborate with customers to design effective solutions.
- Partner with product and engineering teams for solution demonstrations.
- Support sales executives in completing customer RFIs and RFPs.
- Provide feedback to product teams to influence the product roadmap.
- Drive customer training and optimize workflow development.
