Requirements:
  • BA/BS preferred
  • 1+ year of Salesforce recruiting experience required
  • Prior experience with Greenhouse ATS and LinkedIn Recruiting a plus
  • Proficient with Google Suite (word, sheets, calendar)

Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers across the organization to further understand hiring needs
  • Participate in the full life-cycle of recruiting, including pre-screening candidates, preparing candidates for interviews, reviewing resumes and assessing candidates’ applications
  • Work closely with recruiting and operations teams to develop a pipeline of candidates in niche areas
  • Utilize both standard and creative sourcing strategies to identify top talent
  • Implement ideas and strategies to contribute to the future growth of the company
  • Maintain Job Posts and assist in creating standardized Job Descriptions
  • Create and send out candidate offer letters
  • Coordinate with practice leads and the recruiting team to ensure regular follow-up with candidates
