Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment focusing on GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) and/or technical roles.
  • 2-3 years of security experience, preferably in cybersecurity.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to closing.
  • Utilize various channels for candidate sourcing.
  • Conduct initial interviews and assess candidates.
  • Extend offers, negotiate, and close candidates.
  • Continuously evaluate and suggest improvements to recruitment processes.
  • Promote Cobalt’s employer brand to attract diverse candidates.
