Requirements:
  • 1 year + work experience as a Recruiter (in-house or staffing agency) and 6 months + of clinical recruiting experience.
  • Ability to conduct various types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress).
  • Hands-on experience with selection processes including phone interviewing and reference checking.
  • Familiarity with HR databases, ATS, and CMS.
  • Experience with recruiting software, HRIS, or HRMS.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong decision-making skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Team-oriented approach, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple tasks across projects.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills, flexibility, and adaptability.
Responsibilities:
  • Consult with the hiring manager to design and implement overall recruiting strategy for each position.
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/ newspapers/ colleges.
  • Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media, and other resources.
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools.
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, and experience.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Provide analytical and well-documented recruiting communication, including candidate summaries and reports.
  • Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships during the selection process.
  • Promote company’s reputation as a 'best place to work'.
  • Participate in social media platforms for recruitment.
  • Assist with establishing best practices in the recruitment process.
