Requirements:
  • Must be based in Latin America.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment, which can be RPO or internal.
  • Demonstrable experience recruiting engineers in modern tech stacks.
  • Ability to actively source and manage inbound applications for various roles.
  • Comfortable working in a remote working environment.
  • Clear communication style with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Beneficial: Market specific knowledge (LatAM) and experience using Lever as an ATS.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage your own candidate pipelines independently, from sourcing through to hire.
  • Manage inbound applications from adverts.
  • Keep ATS data clean and maintain pipelines, avoiding stale candidates.
  • Manage a set of niche tech & product roles across a global scale.
  • Align on business requirements and shift priorities when required.
  • Self-discipline to manage time and roles effectively.
