Requirements:

Must be based in Latin America.
Minimum of 2 years experience in recruitment, which can be RPO or internal.
Demonstrable experience recruiting engineers in modern tech stacks.
Ability to actively source and manage inbound applications for various roles.

Responsibilities:

Build and manage your own candidate pipelines independently, from sourcing through to hire.
Manage inbound applications from adverts.
Keep ATS data clean and maintain pipelines, avoiding stale candidates.
Manage a set of niche tech & product roles across a global scale.
Align on business requirements and shift priorities when required.
Self-discipline to manage time and roles effectively.
