Requirements:
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience, including 1 year as an engineering manager
  • Expertise in building backend solutions, preferably node.js
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (aws and gcp), ci/cd pipelines, automated testing frameworks, and the serverless framework
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Familiarity with agile/scrum project management methodology.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of engineers in the therapeutic product group pod to improve the clinical efficacy of woebot
  • Collaborate with product managers and other teams to ensure timely and specification-compliant feature delivery
  • Use parallel sdlc processes for projects of different risk profiles
  • Work with engineering leadership on inter-team objectives.
