Requirements:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement modern, technology-driven sales strategies using automation tools, CRMs, and multi-channel outreach methods (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Build scalable and efficient sales systems, creating detailed documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Analyze sales performance metrics and pipeline data, identifying opportunities for improved conversion rates and optimized processes.
  • Attend industry trade shows to establish and nurture relationships with key decision-makers in target markets.
  • Oversee the implementation and management of sales automation tools, ensuring seamless integration with CRM systems.
  • Lay the groundwork for future sales team expansion by identifying talent needs and supporting hiring and onboarding efforts.
