- 5+ years of quota carrying experience in online media, software, or SaaS.
- Good knowledge of online marketing and internet marketing.
- Strong technology skills to discuss digital marketing topics.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals at the C-level.
- Experience working in a collaborative environment.
- Proven track record in achieving revenue quota in account retention and upsell roles.
- Detail-oriented with strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Positive attitude and enthusiasm for selling.
- Fluency in English and Dutch.
- Own a portfolio of existing accounts and take responsibility for their retention and growth.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Proactively manage renewals in key accounts in cooperation with the Customer Success team.
- Collaborate in a team selling environment with solution consultants.
- Forecast monthly and quarterly performance with minimal margin of error.
- Stay informed about industry changes and confidently communicate the CDP value proposition.
- Negotiate deals and contracts at various levels within targeted accounts.
