🔍 Digital Asset Management
- At least 5 years of prior Enterprise Sales or Account Management experience.
- Experience selling in B2B, SaaS/Cloud, DAM, or CMS.
- Prior experience closing net new or expansion revenue of 1M ARR per year.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, communications, finance, marketing, economics, or another relevant field.
- Strong customer service experience and the ability to communicate effectively with clients and management.
- Proficiently with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce.com.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Proven record of going above and beyond to satisfy the customers needs.
- Expand mindshare and adoption of Bynder to new business units, stakeholders, and subsidiaries.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing clients by promoting company products and services.
- Improve customer satisfaction by enhancing responsiveness and anticipating customer needs.
- Coordinate with Customer Success team to identify and develop new expansion opportunities.
- Manage relationships with external customer leaders, stakeholders, and subject matter experts.
- Consult to analyze needs and identify new services or changes to existing services.
