  • Support customers by understanding strategic goals and delivering reviews throughout their lifecycle.
  • Coordinate internal resources to tackle customer obstacles and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Proactively identify concerns within customer initiatives and develop resolutions.
  • Build trusted relationships through timely and honest service.
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and collaborate with Sales to close additional service opportunities.
  • Encourage active customers to serve as advocates with the Customer Marketing team.
  • Coordinate across organizations to improve demo programs and processes.
