• Experience in a People team, with a focus on a People Partner capacity in a global organization.
• Ability to demonstrate discretion and sound judgment with sensitive materials.
• Proven problem-solving skills and initiative to seek advice for effective outcomes.
• Capacity to support and influence across all departments with empathy.
• Commitment to Remote's values and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a partner, enabler, and coach to leadership in assigned departments.
• Proactively partner with leaders on topics such as organizational design, performance management, and business strategy.
• Own, manage and resolve employee relations issues effectively.
• Identify trends and gaps across the organization and suggest actionable solutions.
• Collaborate with the People team on programs and policies.
• Advocate for Remote employees and execute the global offboarding process.
• Analyze people data to contribute to strategy decisions.
