- 3-5 years of quota-carrying experience (B2B sales) selling software or software-as-a-service (SaaS).
- Demonstrated sales track record in meeting or exceeding assigned individual quota in a software or SaaS company.
- Deep knowledge of online/internet/digital marketing technology.
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding revenue quota in a Sales Manager or equivalent role.
- Experience selling into the Nordics region.
- Well-established presence in local markets with a relevant network.
- Ability to negotiate and close deals in a collaborative team environment.
- Detail oriented with relationship-building skills and a focus on customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high-calibre presentation skills.
- Strong cold calling skills and comfortable seeking out decision-makers.
- Relevant sales experience in CDP, email, or marketing automation preferred.
- Technology skills to do complete product demonstrations and discuss technical topics.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce.
- Conducting business activities to ensure new customer acquisition (commission based).
- Lead sales efforts within the Nordics region, managing the sales process including price negotiation to closing business.
- Develop a strategy for e-commerce in the Nordics to penetrate key prospects (C-level clients).
- Perform sales activities to obtain meetings with C-level clients and develop a sustained pipeline.
- Conduct business needs analyses and explain why CDP satisfies those needs.
- Manage CRM system for accurate reporting and forecasting.
- Engage with clients over webinars, calls, and face-to-face meetings.
- Prepare client briefs and proposals autonomously.
- Demonstrate initiative to grow the business.
