Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a BDR/SDR/Full Cycle AE role, preferably within a start-up in the SaaS industry.
  • Proven track record of securing a high number of new business meetings each month through cold outreach.
  • Experience in building and executing outbound campaigns; comfortable with cold calling.
  • Curiosity about blockchain, crypto, NFT, and the Web3 industry, with experience in the Web3 space considered a plus.
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced global start-up environments.
  • Process-oriented and data-driven with knowledge of sales tech stack, particularly Hubspot and Apollo.
  • Technical background would be an advantage.
Responsibilities:
  • Prospect aggressively using various channels.
  • Call MQLs at least three times the day they convert.
  • Complete sequence tasks on time with no delay.
  • Call all outbound leads with supported phone numbers.
  • Utilize external resources to obtain prospect data.
  • Build target lists and plan campaigns effectively, sending a minimum of 50 emails per day.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects and secure meetings with AEs to build new pipelines.
  • Educate prospects on Tatum's offerings as the voice and face of the company.
