- Minimum 5+ years of post-internship, full-time, hands-on, professional software development experience developing user-facing Android mobile native applications at scale, using Java or Kotlin.
- Champion software engineering best practices such as testing, design documents, CI/CD, A/B testing, code reviews, and documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, effective in a fully remote environment.
- Experience with modern Android development frameworks such as Jetpack Compose and Kotlin coroutines.
- Knowledge in GraphQL, REST, HTTP basics, and ability to design maintainable APIs is a plus.
- Design, build, and ship features, experiments, and products for millions of users to support international growth.
- Communicate effectively within the team and across disciplines.
- Work closely with product managers and designers to create compelling user experiences.
- Participate in product reviews and team meetings, providing technical insight.
- Contribute to the full development cycle: technical design, development, testing, experimentation, analysis, and launch.
