Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field.
- 2-5 years working on technology-powered products either as a product manager, product designer, engineer, or business analyst with proven experience in managing business requirements.
- Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
- Strong project management skills.
- Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a complex environment.
- Issue and risk identification and management, tracking dependencies and milestones, and communication of overall project status.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to drive the implementation of new features and resolve operational issues in a constructive and collaborative relationship.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Calm approach to resolving bugs and problems inherent with new products.
- Experience with Balsamiq and/or Figma is preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience is preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Interface with the development and technology team – bug prioritization, daily standup meetings, refinement meetings, product releases and product feature testing.
- Work with clients, client services, and sales teams to identify how and where product should be improved.
- Build wireframe mock-ups, specifications and acceptance criteria for stories and epics.
- Manage the product roadmap for products assigned, including new functionality and feature improvements.
- Manage business and functional requirements for the products assigned, proficient in project management software (Shortcut).
- Responsible for documentation for the product including functional specs, client facing release updates, product documentation (internal and external), how-to guides.
- Manage the rollout of new releases with client services and sales teams, working to ensure features and functionalities are implemented appropriately with existing clients.
- Identify functional gaps and recommend solutions to hard problems with many constraints using sound judgement to assess risks and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed narrative.
- Serve on team monitoring bug tracker system.
