Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field.
  • 2-5 years working on technology-powered products either as a product manager, product designer, engineer, or business analyst with proven experience in managing business requirements.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the techniques and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Must be able to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritize workload effectively, and thrive in a complex environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Interface with the development and technology team – bug prioritization, daily standup meetings, refinement meetings, product releases and product feature testing.
  • Work with clients, client services, and sales teams to identify how and where product should be improved.
  • Build wireframe mock-ups, specifications and acceptance criteria for stories and epics.
  • Manage the product roadmap for products assigned, including new functionality and feature improvements.
  • Manage business and functional requirements for the products assigned, proficient in project management software (Shortcut).
  • Responsible for documentation for the product including functional specs, client facing release updates, product documentation (internal and external), how-to guides.
  • Manage the rollout of new releases with client services and sales teams, working to ensure features and functionalities are implemented appropriately with existing clients.
  • Identify functional gaps and recommend solutions to hard problems with many constraints using sound judgement to assess risks and to lay out your argument in a well-structured, data-informed narrative.
  • Serve on team monitoring bug tracker system.
