Sr. Technical Product Manager, Search & Personalization (Remote - US)

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience building and shipping AI/ML-driven personalization products.
• Deep understanding of search technologies (e.g., Elasticsearch, Solr), personalization algorithms, and machine learning models.
• Proven track record with making data-informed decisions and defining metrics.
• Strong relationship-building abilities and collaborative mindset.
• Experience delivering products end-to-end that drive measurable business outcomes.
• Strong understanding of UX/UI and user experience mapping.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Search & Personalization.
• Partner closely with engineering and data science teams to ship products and features that enhance user engagement.
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear product requirements.
• Design and implement A/B tests and multivariate experiments.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
• Collaborate with design to create intuitive user experiences.
• Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs).
• Conduct user research and analyze behavioral data.
• Analyze experiment results and draw actionable insights.
• Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
