Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong ability to engage prospects.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills to identify leads and tailor outreach effectively.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn in a sales environment.
  • Languages: Spanish native level, English proficiency level. Other Spanish languages, such as Catalan, are a plus.
  • Previous knowledge in market research is also a great plus.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media to identify and engage potential customers.
  • Qualify inbound leads and determine their readiness to move through the sales process.
  • Set appointments for Account Executives, ensuring seamless handoffs for continued engagement.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM (Salesforce) to track outreach efforts, lead status, and sales activity.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and support lead generation initiatives.
  • Continuously learn about YouGov's products/services and market trends.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly goals for meetings booked and pipeline generated.
  • Report on sales activity and provide feedback for improvement in processes.
