Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field. 5+ years of Product Management experience with focus on Finance strategy and ERP operations. Hands-on experience with ERP platforms like Oracle ERP or SAP. Ability to collaborate across business, technology, and vendor teams. Strong understanding of corporate Financial Services operations and regulatory requirements. Experience managing remote teams and navigating conflicting priorities. Responsibilities:
Manage the strategic design, implementation and optimization of technology initiatives for Achieve’s Finance team. Engage business leaders to address their technology needs for Finance workflows. Collaborate with Product managers, Architects, and Engineers for solution optimization. Build trusted relationships with technology vendors and industry experts. Deliver meaningful quarterly results through established metrics and consumer feedback.
