- Supervise daily activities and set priorities for the team.
- Act as a Corrigo Systems Administrator, ensuring overall system integrity.
- Support regional and global program adoption and technology implementation.
- Configure solutions for account-specific needs and develop Statement of Requirements.
- Assist in account and client meetings and manage user access.
- Manage JLL Corrigo work order processes and related data reporting.
- Produce monthly and quarterly account reporting.
- Provide training for new and advanced users and maintain documentation.
- Coordinate with JBS teams on requests and escalations.
