Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma preferably with an Information Systems focus (Essential).
• Recognised qualification in business analysis/agile/information systems/UX (Desirable).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Business Analysis or similar role (Essential).
• Experience in an Agile environment, preferably Scrum.
• Essential experience in customer onboarding/customer service in financial services.
• Desirable experience in customer self-service channels like WhatsApp and USSD.
• Desirable experience in the financial industry and dealing with compliance regulations such as KYC and FIC.
• Ability to translate requirements into user stories and process diagrams.
• Knowledge of project scoping, planning, prioritisation, agile and UX methodology.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders at all levels to elicit and document requirements.
• Assist in prioritizing work to maximize ROI.
• Facilitate requirements gathering through various methods.
• Translate requirements into user stories and communicate clearly with both business and technical stakeholders.
• Maintain a steady backlog for Scrum teams.
• Support Scrum teams' day-to-day needs regarding customer requirements.
• Liaise with the development and QA teams.
• Assist with user and training documentation.
• Manage relationships with industry partners.
