Senior Business Analyst

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including negotiation and team collaboration
• Proficient in media and marketing data with a solid grasp of digital journey support for marketing initiatives
• Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms such as CDP, CRM, and Analytics tools
• Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), particularly in requirements analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging, implementation, and support
• Experience with at least one of the following platforms: Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce.com, SFDC Data loader
• Understanding of the main components in a marketing technology stack (e.g., CDP, marketing automation, CRM hub, various data types like media, social, web, etc.)
• Proficiency in Agile delivery methods
• Expertise in use case modelling
• Competence in working with relational databases and basic SQL commands
• Familiarity with fundamentals as they relate to digital marketing in the healthcare industry is an asset.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate stakeholder requirement sessions for understanding business needs.
• Translate business needs into task definitions which can be picked up by our teams.
• Help discover, document and monitor client business processes.
