Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing CMMS/work order applications.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in management and program roles.
• Demonstrated process orientation and data-driven skillsets.
• Expertise in technology and systems, with high proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong written, verbal, and people skills.
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative style.

Responsibilities:

• Manage account escalations and work directly with Account and Platform Leadership.
• Supervise daily activities and set priorities for the team.
• Act as a Corrigo Systems Administrator, ensuring overall system integrity.
• Support regional and global program adoption and technology implementation.
• Configure solutions for account-specific needs and develop Statement of Requirements.
• Assist in account and client meetings and manage user access.
• Manage JLL Corrigo work order processes and related data reporting.
• Produce monthly and quarterly account reporting.
• Provide training for new and advanced users and maintain documentation.
• Coordinate with JBS teams on requests and escalations.
