Requirements:
  • 2-4 years of customer service and sales experience.
  • Experience in handling inbound qualification and outbound lead management.
  • Preferably with experience in Salesforce or other integrated CRM/ERP systems.
  • Experience using Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Drive).
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize deliverables.
  • Good communication skills.

  • Maintain all customer data in Salesforce.
  • Develop a portfolio of agents and developers.
