Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in sales with a focus on channel/partners (payroll partners preferred).

Responsibilities:
  • Build new relationships with sales representatives at our partner companies and strengthen existing connections with our channel partners.
  • Regularly communicate with partners to understand their needs.
  • Develop and implement channel sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Collaborate with partners to create joint business plans and set performance objectives.
  • Ensure channel partners have a deep understanding of Tapcheck’s products.
  • Manage the performance of existing partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals.
  • Develop, implement, and execute channel partner programs such as trainings, webinars, newsletters, and joint marketing efforts.
  • Measure and report on the performance of channel partners, using metrics such as trainings, sales, and other growth levers.
