Requirements:

Responsibilities:
  • Align with channel partner leadership to develop marketing strategies that support sales objectives and partner goals.
  • Serve as a trusted marketing advisor for regional partners and key focus partners, delivering customized marketing plans.
  • Build, launch, and measure the success of comprehensive channel partner marketing plans across various partner segments.
  • Engage and collaborate with field marketing, social, and content teams to amplify partner campaigns, events, and promotions.
  • Drive partner engagement through strategic use of the Five9 Partner Portal, webinars, certifications (Five9 University), and events.
  • Manage a high volume of partner marketing requests, including branding, promotions, advertising, content creation, and event support.
  • Lead the coordination of regional partner marketing events, ensuring their alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Develop and execute communication strategies, including internal win announcements, case studies, and joint marketing materials.
  • Ensure consistent communication with internal teams and partners through regular updates, scaling efforts as the business grows.
  • Submit weekly and quarterly reports detailing marketing activities and their impact on partner engagement, lead generation, and revenue.
  • Take ownership of marketing budgets, including invoice submissions, vendor management, and budget reconciliation.
  • Track and measure the effectiveness of marketing spend to optimize return on investment and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Support the channel partner leadership team with sales enablement activities, including industry presentations, trainings, and partner events.
  • Attend and contribute to partner meetings and key events to support marketing efforts.
