Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field is a requirement

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential strategic partners to drive growth and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with partners to develop and execute lead generation strategies tailored to each partner’s constituent needs.
  • Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities, evaluate potential partners, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including the VP of Sales, Account Executives, Account Managers, and the Chief Revenue Officer, to align partnership initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Track and analyze the performance of partnerships, provide regular updates to leadership, and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to identify new partnership opportunities.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on partnership activity, lead generation results, and partnership growth metrics to leadership.
