  • 6+ years of relevant experience

Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate Existing SOPs: Review current SOPs and user guides to determine relevance, accuracy, and opportunities for efficiency
  • Develop & Update SOPs: Work with program and business units to draft, revise, and refine SOPs that effectively communicate policies and procedures
  • Ensure Compliance & Clarity: Ensure that all SOPs align with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and best practices while maintaining clarity for end-users
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Engage with subject matter experts (SMEs) and program leads to gather accurate procedural details and validate content
  • Maintain Documentation Standards: Follow standardized formats and templates to ensure consistency and readability across all SOPs
  • Version Control & Process Improvement: Track document revisions, maintain version control and recommend improvements for SOP management processes.
