Requirements:

• Experience documenting enterprise and/or cloud software.
• Proficient with Git and Github.
• Experience in a docs-as-code environment.
• Experience with software testing services and tools.
• Experience with observability solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with engineers and internal stakeholders to understand product documentation needs.
• Plan, research, develop, and write tailored content for Grafana customers.
• Interview developers to gain knowledge for documentation.
• Write content for beginner users, including getting started guides.
• Improve existing documentation with a consistent voice and organization.
