Requirements:
  • 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or HR-related role.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems, issue/project tracking systems, recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to organize systems and processes.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices is desirable.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Collaborative mindset and high level of discretion.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and facilitate employee onboarding and develop scalable processes.
  • Manage pre-onboarding processes including contracts and compliance training.
  • Maintain People and Culture systems and create dashboards for reports.
  • Assist with audits for compliance and prepare necessary reports.
  • Provide first point of contact for employee inquiries and manage communication channels.
  • Conduct onboarding and exit surveys, analyze results, and make recommendations.
