Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of People Operations or Human Resource experience.
  • Master's degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field is desirable.

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for onboarding and offboarding of all employees; creatively improve related processes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements through documentation and audits.
  • Support HR events, employee activities, training programs, and company meetings.
  • Administer payroll and benefits, coordinating with relevant vendors.
  • Leverage HR data for decision making.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR legal requirements, making policy recommendations for compliance.
  • Proactively address workplace and employee operations issues.
  • Serve as first point of contact for employee HR-related queries.
  • Maintain and update HR systems for data accuracy and integrity.
  • Participate in projects aimed at improving processes and enhancing employee experience.
